Sleeping Beauty Castle,
Disneyland Paris.

The Sleeping Beauty Castle will outshine everything to proclaim the enchantment of a wonderful day, and will without doubt provide visitors with one of the best picture opportunities of the year.

If you are staying in any of the nice family hotels in Paris or in one of the hotels close to resort itself, do try to visit Disneyland on March 17th.. You are certain to love it. And something else to love, our special promotion for Disneyland Paris .....

See Paris in style ...... Use your feet.

People often ask about the best way to see Paris, and I always say: 'use your feet, and just keep walking.' Paris is in a way quite a compact city and an ideal way to get around to many of the famous sights is simply on your own steam. If it is your first time to visit, I would recommend that for an overall view of what's what, and where everything can be found, taking a city bus tour is the perfect means to familarise yourself with Paris.

But as I say, walking is best. Around every street corner you can find something new, different and surprising, and when you walk you get to see things close up. Or something you would otherwise have missed if you had taken the metro or the bus instead. Say you are at point 'A' and want to go to point 'B', don't just make for the nearest metro station. Take a look at your guide and map. Judge the distance from where you are to where you want to go. Is it within reasonable walking distance? Have you got the time to stroll there leisurely? More often than not you will find that it is easy to traverse from one point of interest to another without any difficulty. If you do, chances are that as you pass through the Paris streets you will be delighted that you decided on the healthy and more pleasant alternative to get to your destination.

Let me add at this juncture that at present we have some amazing Montmartre hotels special offers. If your Paris walkabout should take you into this popular district, you will at least know how to find a good hotel. If you don't already know, Montmartre is the area synonymous with the many artists, writers and poets that once made it their home - and also, of course, the renowned Sacre-Coeur.

Ending now with this post's star deal -

Valentine's Day in Romantic Paris

Slowly edging into you consciousness about now will be the thought of something you have to do. When you focus a little more on it, you have a rising realisation that some particular person will not be very pleased with you if you somehow forget to do it. That someone will be the most important person in your life, and that something is to show that you remembered her or him on Valentine's Day.

Yes. It's here again. The annual flurry to buy cards, flowers, chocolates and a plethora of other meaningful gifts. Really, you can take your pick and it shouldn't mater what you choose. Whatever you buy, your dearest loved one will appreciate it for what it is meant to be ....... your thoughtful remembrance of the special bond of affection that exists between you.

When this sincere gesture and obvious display of affection takes place against the backdrop of one of Europe's most romantic cities, I think things couldn't be more perfect. True. It is nice for it to happen anywhere, but somehow here in Paris I believe the very atmosphere of the place adds a whole new intensity to any intimate moments between couples. As the song says, 'There's a place for us.' In my view, that place is right here in Paris - the city where love stories begin. Okay. Let's be honest. They often end here as well.

If you have decided to visit for this most romantic of days there are many excellent cheap Paris hotels that you could choose for your stay. With your accommodation sorted the next idea would be a nice restaurant where you could enjoy some fine French cuisine. The good news here is that Paris is full of them - but for Valentine's night you would need to be a little more assiduous in booking ahead. And could it get any better? A good hotel, a class restaurant, and the company of someone you love. Now you only need to do it.
